Collect logs and diagnostics
Click the Logs and diagnostics tab in your queue manager view. This tab is only enabled once the queue manager status has been confirmed as Running.

Click the Collect logs or Collect diagnostics button depending on which you want to download (Queue manager logs or Full Diagnostics).
Enter a password for the zip file and click Collect logs.
Wait for the logs to finish collecting.
Click Download zip file.

Follow your browser's instructions to save the file to your computer.
